I like this one because it seems almost painterly rather than a straight photograph. This beach is opposite the isle of Scarp, perhaps 40 minutes walk from Huisinis beach. Scarp was the site of an experiment by German inventor Gerhard Zucker to deliver the island's post by rocket mail. In 1934 he carried out two attempts at firing rocket mail between Scarp and this beach....it did not work...
